Return/Refund Policy

*Currently, all purchases are final and we do not process Refunds. Depending on the problem we may be able to resend the item.*

Wrong Size or Color, Mis-Printed or Damaged items?

1. Take a photo(s) of the problem. More photos are better than less. Include original packaging in photo(s) if possible.

2. Send us an email no later than 2 weeks after the delivery date explaining the problem and include photo(s).

3. We will submit a Problem Report to the supplier.

4. You receive a new item FREE.

   • Timeline? Please be patient as this process does take some time.

Lost in the mail?

NOTE: If tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it(AKA: it was stolen from your front door), we unfortunately won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. Otherwise…

   • Include as much info as possible (Ex. Screenshots of your order, confirmation email, etc.)

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. We will receive notice once the order arrives back to the supplier facility.

• Unfortunately won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

What if it doesn’t fit?
